The Parish Pastoral Council is primarily to assist the pastor in fostering the spiritual life of the parish, through planning, programs and services to promote active witnessing of the Gospel in the parish community.

The Parish Pastoral Council provides active, involved leadership that:

• encourages the full participation of the laity in the ownership and operation of the Parish;
• is present to and supports Parish initiatives with love and charity
• encourages all approved Parish ministries to be spiritually innovative, creative and proactive
• fosters open communication with all Parishioners; and
• fosters and supports;
